I had received an invitation from AINP, and later my profile was selected and pooled along with express entry. After the application is processed, is it mandatory to reside in Alberta province after landing ?
Or can I land/ move to any province I desire to go ?
Yes, it is mandatory to live in Alberta and prove to IRCC/CBSA that you intend to land and genuinely reside there given it's ALBERTA that supported your permanent residency nomination on the condition that you will support its economy with the skills that you were selected for. Now, you don't have to live there permanently given Canada guarantees freedom of movement, but you do have to show you an intention to settle there and try and find a job there etc.
You can move out if you're unsuccessful in say finding a job there or lived there for some time and found better opportunities elsewhere. But you can't just use AINP for PR and then piss off to Ontario after one night. That would be bad and potentially render you inadmissible.
the whole point of getting a PNP nomination from a province is that you are commiting yourself to settle and reside there- you can after you've got PR move but it's generally expected that you should stay in the province you were nominated for- for at least 2 years. You do have freedom of movement afforded by the Canadian constitution though.
I don't think there is much the province can do- or if there are repercussions.

There may be repercussions depending on the circumstance.
If you got AINP nomination and you nominated living in Calgary or Medicine Hat or whatever, and then you land and tell the Border Officer you're going to live in BC, they may cancel your residency. They have the power to cancel your PR and your citizenship if you lied at any stage of your application - you more than likely will get away with it, but why take the risk?
Alberta nominated you - do honour your agreement with them and do your best to settle there and if you don't like it/can't find work, leave in a while when you have valid reasons to.
