If my CLB is lower than 6 and my skill level is B for which CLB5 is the requirement. Can i still create my Express Entry profile for AINP Express Entry draw?

You are misreading the requirements. To be eligible for Express Entry, you need CLB 7 to even submit a profile. So no.

Are you living and working in Alberta, if so, you apply through AOS which has different language requirements.

I got CLB 8.
Now I am preparing my express entry profile. there are some questions if anyone can help with it.
1. my main focus is for AINP & SINP, does choosing any preferred province have any impact on PNP selection?
2. from what level of education details I have to provide in my profile? I have ECA for my B.com and MBA.
3. Do I need to answer only educational details for ECA degrees?
