Dear Friend,
You are not affected because this rule is only for FSW (Federal Skilled Workers) only.
I didn't get you. Can you please clarify..

Dear,
i have recieve letter to submit documents to AINP but no email after confirmation of file number from AINP. so waiting for that.
Dear
I have got the letter and have already submitted my documents and after about a month got an email of file number.
Seems that at the moment We have to keep our fingers crossed to get a nomination letter, otherwise we will fall into before 2008 plan which means everything is over.
Now my problem is: "according to the site if we get nominated we will have to start a new file under Provincial Nominee plan"
is that right?
Yes, It seems like we have to referred to our old file number and put up a new file under provincial nominee.
As they had given timeline till Oct2012, is there any possibility that letter may arrive before timeline.?
I heard that only fews candidates can be nominated from the lots.. how they will be nominating and on which criteria?
have any body recieved any mail or phonecall after file number email.??
Be in Touch and update
