My VO sent me another email today requesting another Schedule A and Supplementary travels forms.

For Schedule A we are going all the way back to 2006. It is asking for the last 10 years, or his 18th birthday. (my husband was 18 in 2007)

For supplementary travel its asking for the principal applicant (my husband, who I am sponsoring) as well as the spouse (Me, the Canadian citizen)

This one its worded a little differently. List all trips you have taken outside of your country of origin or of residence in the last ten years (or since your 18th birthday if this was less than ten years ago)

My understanding is to do it from 2007 for my husband, and for me in 2012 when I tuned 18. Am I correct or totally reading all this wrong?

We sent them a Schedule A form on January 16th. This Supplementary travel form is new. Is there any reason that they keep on requesting this form? Im going crazy. Every time they request additional documents it sets back our time to decision made 30 days.

They also requested military booklet and for us to fill out a form, which is so frustrating because. I mentioned in my initial application that my husband didnt have to do military. He was born in Syria, but since his father is not Syrian he doesnt get the passport or nationality. in the 2 schedule A's that we had to fill out we put N/A in where it asks for military. I dont understand whats so hard to understand about that.
When I ordered my notes I saw that the IO was confused as to why my husband was not enlisted. I cleared this up by email on Friday, and today they requested the documents.

if you did not previously sent 10 years for both of you and they keep requesting the same information, then it's probably best to do 10 years for both of you no matter your age. Usually, these forms are requested again because they either do not go back far enough, or there are gaps in dates. when submitting the information make sure there are no gaps in dates, and if there are, explain why that information is not available. i would also send a reminder with this batch about the military issue to ensure it was received.
