Is there a document to send to the visa office after you complete an upfront medical exam?

I've forwarded something like this
https://www.immi.gov.au/allforms/health-requirements/_images/notsubmitted_600px.jpg
to CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca

It's been almost 2 months since I've done my upfront medical
and about a month since I sent them the email. My ecas still just says 'In Process'.

Thanks for your time and help in advance.

Yes you are correct , This is the form which is provided by DMP to confirm Immigration medical is done , I hope there is an Medical ID ( IME i guess) generated which identifies you in the system .

Hello Members.

I took appointment for Upfront Medical on coming Tuesday.
I have below Question
1) I believe I need to inform CIC about my Upfront Medical by sending them Receipt scanned copy (Which Dr office will provide me) to "CPC-CTD-Ottawa @ cic.gc.ca"?
2) Can I send CIC email on same day I do medical (In my case Tuesday) OR i have to wait Dr confirmation they uploaded result to CIC after that only I have to Email receipt copy ?
3) Do I need to send Hard copy of same to CIC?

Thank In advance
