After the re-medical how long should u wait ....

The MP whos helping me ..told me that my husband medical was expired and need to remedical again but now until now my husband haven't receive anything from the immigration in manila regarding the instruction for the remedical , and after the remedical how long it will take how long i will wait ???? pls anybody can help or any idea about this matter ????

Hey Jannette77,

It's always difficult to know... as it really depends on your case, there is no set time.
If the medicals are the only thing left to issue the visa, then they might not ask you to do it again, there is a new instruction that it can be extended. so - for now, you can only wait for more instructions from CIC and see if something else is required from you.

In my case, the meds expired last Dec. 2011. They asked for a redo June 2012 because I will be 1 year in August, including NBI, additional forms, and CENOMAR. Suddenly my ECAS says " in process" last Sept 6. I hope I don't have to wait that long to get a positive response.
