did medicals, police clearance and submitted passport. Waited a month and emailed sgvo to ask about the status and they said that my final is pending final review. What does it mean? anyone encountered this and what is the waiting time before we could get our PR?

When all admissibility checks are done, and assessments for each admissibility check has been completed, the file will be sent to an officer to do a "final review" - and this will take into consideration all the assessments done during the admissibility checks (Security, Criminality, Medical etc.). Final assessment/decision to admissibility (the so-called Decision Made stage) will then be done. If there is nothing in these admissibility checks that renders the applicant inadmissible, then expect the return of the PPs with the PR visa and CoPR.
