After interview at new delhi, Medical is expired

Hi There

My husband was called for an interview at new delhi ( spousal sponsorship ), VO said his Medical is expired and we will mail you notification in 2 days, its been close to three weeks we have not heard anything yet, I am wondering if some one could help, is it possible if we could on our own get the medical done and send it to New Delhi, if so then which form to be used and if not then what should we do....

the whole process is so long just getting worried and frustrated every day, some one please guide.
