If you are in Canada already, you can stay until the end of your work permit, look for a job and try to get a new LMO and new permit. If you are not in Canada already, you will probably not be able to enter with that work permit because as you enter, immigration may call the employer or the employer may already have notified immigration that they are not hiring you.
