After biometric submitted

Hello Every one after biometric, I didnt receive correspondence letter but my husband received his correspondence/Acknowledgement letter .. we did biometric done on one week after that no reply ... when i checked online cic status .. it shows in front of my husband =Submitted and whereas in front of my name= Action Require.... dont able to understand , why i didnt receive correspondent letter...and why its getting delay .. it almost one month.. please, share your ideas and reason... please.
