Hello, my refugee appeal approved after 2 years. I have been in Canada 3 years and now I am convention refugee. I want to fill a form for PR. However, my files still in BC and I live in ON. I wonder,
1-should I transfer my files from BC to ON? Do you think it takes too much time?
2-Which province could be faster for PR also? Thank you.
- IRCC has access to all your files....you don’t need to transfer them, just provide a current address in the application
- PRs are federal. Doesn’t matter which province you apply from...it’s pretty much all the same.
