After 2 months of creating an express entry profile, i got a message "You are no longer eligible"

I got an ineligibility mail too after 9 months that I opened my profile. Has anyone had this experience whereby your profile becomes ineligible and all the subsequent profiles created automatedly is made ineligible even when you're sure there's no reason for ineligibility in the first place. Please help, if you know the way forward.

Did ECA or IELTS expire? Did you lose points for age? Cannot really assist without knowing full profile.

Both my ECA and IELTS are less than ome year but yes, I lost point due to my age. Infact, I got the ineligibility mail on my birthday but I recalculated eligibility criteria point and I'm 72/100

Then you are answering a question wrong. If you are comfortable post your profile - age, ECA, IELTS by each section etc.
