Canada's program for Afghan refugees without refugee status from UNHCR is now full and not accepting further applicants. If you want to be sponsored as a refugee then you would need to do this either through the Group of Five program (being sponsored by a family member or close friend in Canada) or by finding a community sponsor who is willing to sponsor you.
