Hi everyone, FINALLY bgc changed from "not applicable" to "we are processing your background check" on gckey..... BUT so many people are saying how this update might be a glitch and some people are saying that they just changed the words and it doesn't actually mean anything so I don't know anymore. I don't know if this is actually good news for us or not. I'm confused and frustrated.

I am completing Schedule A and my wife's parents don't have last names on their IDs as i assume is the case for most Afghans. What should I write in the "Family Name" cell. I am thinking of writing "Not Applicable" but not sure.

Yeah it's normal don't worry we all got the same situation I waited 9 months for background check after that I got remedical on Feb 1 waiting for passport request now inshallah u will get good news soon
