Dear community,

first of all, thanks to all members trying their best to help each other out.

I am going to apply for a skilled worker immigration program under express entry, I do have a translated copy of the diploma to French, according to CIC website I will need not only the translated copy of the document but also an AFFIDAVIT.

who should sign this affidavit? ONLY the translator? or translator + a public notary??

PLEASE guys shed some light.
