Dear All,
I want to apply for immigration this coming july and in the detailed instruction package they mentioned when u translate ur documents it must be accompanied by Affidavit for translation actually here in Kuwait they dont make it at all so anyone please share his/her experience if i can send translation withiout the affidavit.
What do they not make in Kuwait??
In simple terms, if your documents are in Arabic or any other language except English/French, than get those documents translated and get them notarized.
I hope that helps. I am not very well versed with your country, so wait till someone from your country or other gulf country posts here.
In the meantime I found a list of translators listed in US Embassy. You can contact them and ask for translated copies of your documents.

Hope that helps.

- trnaslate it by any person except family member
- attach affidavit of tranlator
- take words of affidavit from guide
- this affidavit must be signed by translator and oath commissioner.
In my opinion, some notary public are given the authority only to attest the document and some with both translation and attest, go to the second one with the license to do both, Also PM few seniors...
Warm regards,
