Affidavit for parents marriage made 2 yrs back is it valid forever?

Hi

My parents visited me here (Canada) in late 2016 and as part of their PR application back then I had prepared affidavit of their birth and marriage. Their application was not picked up in lottery system in 2017.

This year, 2019, I was able submit interest to sponsor form and I got invited by CIC to submit parents PR application. They are in India now. My question is, can I submit the affidavit of their marriage and birth prepared here in Canada in 2016? Or do they have to prepare another affidavit in India?
