I am a US Citizen, Licensed Practical Nurse in California, have a 4+ experience in Home Care setting.

I want to migrate to Ontario Canada through FSW. i dont have an LPN canadian licesed.

I have heard that even if i get an EMPLOYEMENT ARRANGEMENT positive opinion, the CONSUL will NOT award 10 points on my application since i dont have an LPN license in Canada yet, IS THIS TRUE?
