Advise me --Gonna Apply TRV Online

HI EVERYONE
I want to apply for TRV online from inside Canada.
My question is when I Create Checklist ,It does not ask for single/Multiple entry and it just shoes me fee of $75...which is single entry only.
I want to apply for Multiple entry TRV .Please advise me how to do so ?

Complete question 3 on the application, it gives you the choice in a drop down box.

but that question 3 is in form ...I am asking about checklist. because after completing checklist,,,It just ask for $75
and doesnot ask for $150 .

I think $150 is for multiple entry and $75 is for single entry

on the main TRV aplication, on the very first line, it asks you to choose from multiple or single entry

I think it ask the same in questionnaire you fill out before getting personalized checklist, you can always go back and modify it.
