Advise-Application Form

Dear Friends,

I have been asked by cic about Medical request and send updated some of the application form. I am not sure about answer of certain question and need your help. I appreciate your help and prompt reply.

1)IMM008 Application form.:--- In the question 13 -- please state your current country of residence & Status.
I am currently live in UK under Tier 1 (General). so what shall i write ?? Foreign National..... is this answer correct ? please advise.

If i choose option Other and write down my status as a tier 1 general than they asked for the visa issue and end date. i m still have a visa until end of this year. By selecting other it doesn't allow to validate the form.


2) In the Page 2 they ask for National identity document. so i am an Indian citizen so i don't have any so i guess i have to write down. I don't have any.

Please reply as soon as possible as i need to submitted my application next week.

I am not an expert...
but here is the info u need..

1. status will be " worker" ; provide details of ur visa.

2. If you have "Aadhar" number, provide that; else none.

Thanks Can. So you recon status should be Worker rather than Foreign National. I am confused.

is anyone applied from UK who are in Tier 1 gerneral or HSMP Visa. what you have written in application ??
