Advice - outland vs inland during covid

That's not true. I applied outside Canada and I got into Canada with my visitors visa.

But I am not sure if I am still considered inland or outland.

You are still Outland. It won't change from Outland to Inland just because you are now in Canada,, the only way it would is to withdraw the app and refile but there is no reason to do that, it will still be processed with you in Canada.

No you're outland still. You being inside canada doesnt magically change the application to an inland application. As already mentioned before you would have to withdraw your outland application and reapply as inland for that to happen.
