She's technically married with a child from third party.
they separated two years before we met and started our relationship. They have a separation agreement, thats signed by both parties. I thought the separation agreement would be self explanatory especially with the dates and timeline but it was mentioned that she should attach a letter also?
Does she need to write a letter ? If so, how should this letter be formatted? just specifying the timelines?
