Hi everyone!

Need your advice. I have recently graduated with a master's degree from one of the recognized universities under the OINP program. I have an OINP Masters Degree entry score of 35 points (according to my research, 35 was the cutoff for the previous draw). I am contemplating whether to apply for PR through the OINP or through the FSWP. Note that I do not have a job offer (I am a lawyer, currently in the licensing process). My NOC code is 4112 which is category A. I also have 3 years of experience from India.

I would like to understand whether I should apply under the OINP or should I apply under the FSWP? I plan to apply within this year.

Thanks in advance!
