Hi Guys , I need your help

Hello
I applied for Canada Immigration back in 2012 , got accepted and had the PR stamp on my passport in 2014 , unfortunately , i wasn't able to come to Canada due to family problems and now in 2019 i'M APPLYING AGAIN.
My question is can i have a new stamp for the new immigration visa if i got the acceptance ?
is having the expired unused Canadian PR visa in addition to the new visa a problem ??
the second question is that i have dual citizenship Syrian and Argentine (My mother birthplace) , should i inform the CIC about both nationalities as I am using only the Argentine passport since getting the citizenship from my mother in 2013 ?

Thanks

1. Yes.
2. No, a PR visa is a "use or lose it", you didn't use it, so it doesn't matter.
3. You have to declare both citizenships on the application.
