ADVICE NEEDED URGENTLY!! How do I migrate to Canada?

I am from Nigeria and planing to migrate and work in Canada soon. I just completed my University education without any work experience. From what i gathered, I can only work in Canada when I get a job offer from a Canadian employer which I will use in processing my visa to Canada. Is there any way out of this?

No way out of this and your employer will have to get through the time and expense of getting an LMIA.
