I need to attention of all senior members of this forum .please advice me,
I have visited CIC web site so many times and I have well information about skilled worker immigration but still I am confuse. I have applied for Canadian immigration this year Feb. 2008 my brother also live in Canada so it help me 5 points. I am engaged with some one and hopefully I will get married soon my fiancé have 14 yrs education. I have 6 months paid university internship training.
I have
Education =16 yrs
Work Experience = (Feb 2005-today)
Age =27 yr
My questions are.....
would I qualify for 21 points for experience ?
would my fiancé education support my points table?
And last is that how many points I needed in language IELTS?
I would be very thankful to all.

Hi,in my view these could be the possible answers for ur questions
1.U r not able to get 21 points now as u shd ve atleast 4 yrs of experience to get 21 points.
2.u cant get poiints for ur fiance s education untill n unless u get married to her.when u ll marry her u ll get 4 points for education.
3.ur break up of points as follows
education 22
age 10
experience 19
language 16 (only if u score a band of atleast 7.0 in IELTS0
adaptability 5+4(relative +spouse s points)

I am confuse bcz i heard from many immigration consultant that total work experience calculated by immigration section of canada when they start asesment of my case means after 2 years its means my experience will be 4+ years and they will take my experince 4+ years =( 21 points).whats your opinion about it?is it right?
and hope fully i will get marry soon how can i update my case to embassy?

u r rite tht u ll be judged by ur position on the points table at the time of initial assesment BUT One ll be granted more points for enhancement in his education ,experience etc ONLY if he s able to score 67 points at the time of filing his application.Secondly u can update deatail abt ur wife when cic asks u for update of docs.
