I have a question. What are my chances to get ITA in PNP? About me:

- IELTS CLB9
- NOC 4021 College and other vocational instructors
- EE profile opened 10.01.2016
I didn't have a chance to apply for PNP during this year and started to think of it couple of months ago. Me and my family need to relocate ASAP to any province in Canada. What are my chances to get invitation with such NOC and which province? Thank you all in advance!

Wow, super computer! CRs 443, clb9, very brilliant giy. Many 300 crs near about people have got PR Through SINP. Try for SINP Saskatchewan. Check suitable NOC in their High demand list of 21 jobs. NOC 4021 is not there, check another similar noc.
Thank you Ashuindian, yes, my concern is my NOC. I checked in Manitoba, they don't even view expressions of interest under such NOC. And is it actually possible to change NOC if I worked as a teacher? I mean I didn't see any better NOCs for me. Feeling confused...
