I have a some queries on my case. I have received medicals last month from London. Now, we have 29th September as deadline to send medicals & RPRF.
But my wife is 7 week pregnant, so what do you recommend
1- Shall I go for shielded X-ray and send my wife reports or wait for delivery ?
If answer to the above is Yes, then can you answer the following question
A) do they accept shielded x-ray and will they issues visa in pregnancy case? Or wait for child birth
B) what if we can't get visas on our passport before child's birth. Will this be a problem to make a landing for a family ?
If answer to my first above question is No; then
C) will LVO send any letter stating that you have to send new born papers and X-ray for wife ? And what is the timeline to receive that letter and what is the deadline to send new born papers & wife x-ray
D) how long will be the wait after sending new born papers? I have done my medicals on 12th sept and will this situation make me to re do the medicals again if one year passed by ?
Thank you for timely reply and reading my query
Regards
WCT
I had a chest xray when I was pregnant with my second child, he is now 9 and perfectly fine... I was flipping, I didn't want to do it but the doctor gave me plenty of information. Of course you will have to go over everything, you will find things saying its fine and things saying it can harm the baby. That being said.... They are taking a chest x-ray the will shield her abdomen, so I would assume since they will be able to see her lungs clearly then it should be fine. Yes they will issue the Visa if she is pregnant. If the baby is born before the visa is issued you will have to get citizenship certificate and possibly a passport for the baby to travel. she can wait till delivery to do the x-ray she can op to send in the x-ray because she is pregnant the doctor who does the exam should include this in his exam that she op'd to wait for delivery to do the x-ray. OK should have read more I thought you were a citizen, if the baby is born after visa is issued it will delay because you will have to add the baby to your application get a medical for the baby then they will go back over including the baby and reissue the visa with the baby included.
Looking at current wait time, and knowing that my is 2 months pregnant dont you think we will have no time before child's birth to move Canada. So, in this case, waiting for baby shouldn't be a right move ?
when did you submit your application? from "I have received medicals last month from London. Now, we have 29th September as deadline to send medicals & RPRF." sounds like your already processing also sounds like this is closing in on the end...
I have received my medicals on 29th August and send medical reports without my wife's x-ray on 12th Sept. at that time, people advised me for skipping x-ray and do it after birth and I listened. But now I am getting double minded whether to do it or not as our deadline is 29th and we can still make it.
Just getting impatient and confused on what if scenarios ...
