my profile is 10th 70% 3year diploma in mechanical engg. 72% ielts 6 bands. I applied for advanced diploma can I get canada visa?

As you are 10+3 you are not eligible for PG courses, and, Advanced diploma or graduate degree are your only options. Also the eligibility for Advanced diploma is +2 so you
have sort of career progression which is good for getting visa approval besides lot of other factors. Good Luck
