I have two sons from a previous marriage. One is 23 the other 26. Both have lived on their own for more than four years. Neither of them are dependent on either parent for financial support (they are self sufficient).
Both are attempting to complete college, but both have taken time off from school because of health problems or poor grades.
CIC immigration guide say this:
Since both are over the age 22 and both are independent without any financial support from either parent, are they required to fill out these forms?
Also by chance will they too need "police certificates/clearances"?
What about photos of independent children (as describe above)?
