Before I came to Canada I already supported one of my Niece and Nephew, I married a Canadian and I had 2 Miscarriages, Me and husband planned to Adopt an I want to Adopt one of my Niece or Nephew back home since I was supporting all of them since from the beginning of their birth of their needs and studies, they are all very close to me and they treated me their second parents , Their parents cannot provide all their kids needs without me, So is it possible that I can adopt one of them??? Please I need your help to answer my question and thank you.

No, you can't bring them to Canada this way. As their parents are still alive and caring for the children, this would be seen by IRCC as an Adoption of Convenience.
First of all, I'd like to commend you for what you are doing to help your niece and nephew. The world could use a lot more people like you. I don't think tearing one of the children away from his/her family would be in the best interest of the child ... neither the one that is adopted, nor the one that is left behind.
Here is another thread that talks about on Adoptions of Convenience. I hope you find it informative:

Sorry for your loss. I wish the best for the girls; I am sure that there is some measure of comfort in knowing that there is still family looking out for them.
I noticed that Pakistan is on the restricted adoptions list at Canada Immigration:
However, the restriction is at the Pakistan end, and the restrictions may not apply to someone in your position, and with your background. You may have to follow up with the authorities in Pakistan.
Canada doesn't recognize Pakistan's form of adoption. It doesn't matter what nationality you are.
IRCC allows Canadian citizens/PRs to sponsor their orphaned nieces/nephews without actually adopting them. This is the route you or one of the children's other aunts/uncles would need to take.
