Admission Requirements

Hi,

I have a three year bachelor degree (BBA) from a UK university and i would like to apply for MBA in a Canadian university. But most of the universities need a 4 year bachelors degree. I heard that a 3 year UK degree is considered equal to the 4 year US/Canadian degree. Is this true? Or do I compulsorily need to do the 4th year (honours according to UK)? Please help.
