I got overall 6 band in IELTS my speaking score is 6.5 , listening score is 6 , writting score is 5.5 ,and reading score is 5.5 . Can i get admission in college or university?

You need to research colleges yourself.

IRCC may or may not accept this score. Ideally all of your individual scores should be 6 or more.
