admission in postgraduate diploma(electrical/electronics)

Is it possible to get admission in postgraduate diploma(electrical/electronics). I have done BS.c telecommunication engineering(4-years). and ielts score is
listening 7
writing 6
reading 6
speaking 5.5
what about visa after this ? plz reply

i have done BSC telecommunication engineering in Aug 2010 with cgpa 3.04

u can apply in universities in canada....generally u need 6.5 bands in ielts overall (its depends in university requirement).....give try...
if u cannt then go to community colleges....

Post graduate Diploma is higher than any Bachelor degree (Worldwide).....So dont be worry....just trying to get admission in your RELATED field......and follow check list with SOP (even you wanna apply for SPP)....

Your 5.5 in speaking makes you almost ineligible for any PG level admission.
