You can. If you are in Canada on a visitor visa - you will need to send your application to a visa office outside of Canada. The application cannot be processed within Canada. I would recommend that you provide a strong SOP explaining why you are pursuing studies in Canada. Given your age and number of years of experience, you'll want to explain why it now makes sense to pursue a simple diploma in Canada - why this makes sense for the progression of your education, why this makes sense for your career. In addition to the $25,000 you'll need to show to support your own studies and living expenses, you'll want to show at least an additional $15,000 if you plan to bring two of your children with you. Note that IRCC may have concerns you have plans to remain in Canada long term (especially since you plan to bring your kids), so you will want to make sure your SOP is strong. You may also want to consider applying while outside of Canada. It's generally more difficult to be approved once you are in Canada on a TRV.
Thanks for your time and advise.
I want to study to become a professional and seek work in canada after completing my study
My husband will support me financially .
My son is already here on study permit and will complete his graduation in next two years and my other son will finish high school next year and we want him to stay with me and get admission in college .
This is our honest SOP.
You cant actually study until you get the study permit, also to get a study permit you need to show that you will be returning home after studies completion so talking about staying here even legally is not recommended.
