Admission for MEng

Hello. I am a student outside of Canada, hoping to be enrolled in the MEng programme in Electrical and Computer Engineering. I am about to complete my bachelor's in Electronics engineering and have a cgpa 3.2+, with much higher gpas during the latter half of the 4 year programme. Do i have a fair chance of getting an admission and where? Thank you
