I have a admissibility hearing in a few days because i overstayed my visitor visa. I have a sponsorship application thats being processed and i wonder if that will do any good. Anyone have any experience with these hearings and what to expect? I know that the outcome is either a removal order or being allowed to remain in Canada but i read here and there that some people were allowed to stay and wait for first stage approval on their sponsorship application even when the CBSA wanted to remove them.
