in the RQ form, it says "address(city/country)".
does this mean I only need to enter the city and country, not the street number and apartment numbers?
if so, if I moved within a city, does that mean I only need to do one entry per city? ie, I lived in Ottawa on main st in 2008-2009, and on king st in 2009-2010, I only need to have one entry of from 2008 to 2010 in Ottawa.
