address section. pls help

i am filling out form and i suddenly become confused under address history part: i recently travelled back home and stay for 5 weeks and just came back to canada. will i include the address where i lived for 5 weeks back home recently. that address is written on my police clearance certificate and i wonder if i will include it or leave it.

There is no harm in including it, and it's on the police certificate as well.

i also went back for a short while 5 weeks ans i just included it from the date i left to the day i came back
