My parents applied for PR (PGP category) from Quebec. They are currently visiting a relative in Toronto. When they get Indian PCC request, is it fine to get PCC through Indian consulate in Toronto (by specifying a Toronto address for them)?
Or should they not provide Toronto address, since they have Quebec address on PR application? Does the address provided to Indian consulate to obtain PCC matter?
