I am applying for my mother visitor visa and one of my uncle (mom's brother) address information is not available. My mom is not on talking terms with her brother since a decade. I have his DOB but not address, only thing I know he now lives in New Jersey, USA.

I would omit him. As far as I remember in my wife's relative's application, we only mention a number of siblings as space provided. Some siblings were skipped.
