I was employed by ABC Company that is located in Province A of Canada, where the same Province that I live; but I work at Province B of Canada, where ABC Company Project is located. Which Province should I use in my work history, Province A or Province B? Is the address in Work History of Express Entry Profile the Employer's address or work location? Thank you.

It would be the location you physically present to work.
For instance that A employs you they are based in N Town. But you live in K town and works in K town either from home or other office, your work location will be K, although your paper work says N town.
Hope this helps.
@Taran D - Thank you for prompt reply. How about if I live in N Town where my employer is based? I work in K town in fly-in/fly-out. My work permit and contract also says N town, but could work or assigned anywhere in Canada. My pay slips and tax form says K town though. I pay my tax in N town where I reside.
