Address in Canada on TRV form for cruise

Hi

We want to go on cruise to Alaska from Seattle. We need a TRV because there is a port stop in Vancouver. On the TRV application form, there is a field for dates of stay in Canada and also address in Canada. We will finalize our cruise details after we get the visa. So what should we put in those fields? Form doesn't validate without those entries.
