The form requests for all addresses since I turned 18.
Unfortunately, for two addresses (when I was 18 and 19), I do not have the complete address.
One of them doesn't have the room number of the residence I was living in in canada. (age 19)
The other one doesn't have the apartment number of the college I was living in in Malaysia. (age 18)
I simply can't remember but I've listed the address of the apartment building and residence, just without the room or apartment numbers.
Do you think this could be an issue? Should I explain this on the form?
