Address history in express entry application

Hi all,

I need help with the address history of express entry application, My permanent address and address for communication was same for the past 10 years but I moved cities for studies and Job. Do I need to specify all those addresses ?

Also I traveled abroad for 5 months ,2 years back.Do I need to specify that abroad address in the address history ?
