If you give an address outside Quebec for your PR card, you take the chance that the BSO will refuse to "land", as it would appear that your destination is not Quebec.

My visa office is Singapore. In the application form I write my destination in Toronto. I would like to fly next August for Edmonton canada.My question is- if I come Edmonton via Toronto, my POE will be Toronto. My immigration will be done here.Can I give Edmonton adress to the immigration officer for PR card at Toronto? Is there any obligation? Please share ...
