Address details for Spouse

Hi Friends,

I am in the process of spousal visa filling. I need your expertise in address details. I am trying to submit the form from Canada. I kept the mailing address as a Canadian address. but for residential address should I mention my address (* as she is living at my house after marriage) or her paternal address? Please advise. If she does not live with you currently, you have to put her address. If you are the one submitting the application for her and want to be receiving all the documents at your address/email, then you have to file the IMM 5476.

What if I need to submit the document as a National identity document, but only issue date is mentioned in that document. There is no expiry date for that document. In that situation what should I mention in that Expiry column? Thanks in advance

You put whatever her address is on the date you file. They don't ask anywhere for a future address.
