I have applied for PR visa in self employed category. Two of my relatives' addresses has been changed as they have shifted to their new house. Do I have to inform CIC about this change?
 
Quebec entrepreneur visa

kindly can any one tell me about, how long processing time take for Quebec entrepreneur visa from Pakistan , and still Quebec entrepreneur program is open for applying & how can i know that the Quebec entrepreneur program cap has been reached for 2014 or 2015.
