Address change in EE profile

Hi,
I am changing houses within Ontario, where do I change my address in the EE profile? I remember there was a link to change address but when I searched for it, all I get is this which seems to be an address change form for advanced cases, ex. after you get an ITA/apply for PR etc

Please note, I am just in the EE pool and have not received an ITA (technically I received one but had to decline it) or applied for PR. I checked my profile and there is no place where I gave my address unless I am mistaken. Please help I am confused!
