Address change and New work Permit Post AOR

Hi,
I was on implied status in Canada when I submitted by documents on 27-Apr.
My work permit renewal was filed 45 days before my work permit expiry.
My current status is medicals passed and BG in progress.

I got my renewed work permit on 30-May. I also moved to a new address on 01-Jun.
I am planning to inform CIC about my address change through CSE.
Can I inform CIC about my new work permit through same CSE or do I need to raise separate CSE?
